Replacement Ring Screw (for Brush & Forestry Scythes) - 14mm

So you were deep into a thicket of blackberry and lost a screw from the scythe ring of your Brush & Forestry Scythe...don't worry, it can happen...especially if you first misplaced the square wrench used to tighten down the screws.

Those square-head European screws can be tricky to find, so we offer this 14mm course thread hex-head alternative that can be tightened down with a standard Allen wrench. Easy. 

Note that this screw will not fit the rings of other scythes, even those with metal snathes -- it's strictly sized for the Brush and Forestry scythe. Please also note, that the steel used in European tools tends to be on the softer side, and consequently, the hardware should be incrementally re-tightened -- especially early on. We recommend checking and tightening all the parts every time before heading out into the field.
