Plants For Shade
Open, sunny spaces are our specialty. Yet many of us also have shady areas that we would like to enhance with interesting flowering plants and useful ground covers. For pure, constant shaded conditions, we recommend ferns, mosses, and similar deep woodland understory plants. For all other areas with at least a little filtered light, many of the species here can successfully establish when matched with appropriate soil conditions and hardiness zones.
